biography
Working as chef in high volume as well as fine dining restaurants allowed me to learn how to be precise, creative and fast at the same time. I have always been interested in visual aspects of food, having my master thesis in cultural anthropology focused on current ways of experiencing food. My experience is grounded not only on practice, but also on theory and vast knowledge of food history and science.
As a food stylist I have worked for numerous start ups, Lidl, Primark, Activia, Oreo, Knorr, Leisure Cooker, Beko, Kenwood, Asahi, Quorn, Lurpak, TasteMadeUK, The Guardian, Jude's Ice Cream, Nature's Table, Whiskas, Monarch and Hainan Airlines, BBC How it's made and many other photography and film projects.
